Camera
Obscura:

With
a 13" electrically controlled optical system this is the
largest Camera Obscura in Europe (possibly the world). Focussing
is achieved by moving the hydraulic floor.
Planetarium:
Mini-dome with seating for up to 25.
Weather
station:
Suite of weather sensors including a real time satellite image
downlink.
Seismic station: Computerised
seismograph with real-time display.
Shop:
In
the shop we have a selection of the work of David A Hardy, the
celebrated space artist, as well as pens, pencils, badges etc
for the younger visitors.
