WRAPPING UP A TELESCOPE!

Since the weather has put a stop to groundwork for the dome, attention has turned to the telescope itself.  On 14 Jan, to ensure that it is protected from the environment while in storage we, with the stalwart assistance of the marches Astronomy Group, wrapped the base and fork sections in “Denso tape” and cling-film.  The tube section will receive similar treatment in Feb.
